About Kyklosify

Kyklosify is a boutique consultancy. We make how a business actually runs explicit — its workflows, knowledge, and rules — and then computable.

Make reality computable.

Our Mission

Most businesses run on workflows, knowledge, and rules that exist only in people’s heads. We help owners and executives make them explicit — and once explicit, computable. That is what our name points to: Kyklosify comes from the Greek κύκλος, the cycle. We work in short cycles, and every cycle leaves you with something you keep.

How We Think

Order of operations

Clarity before software

We never start with a tool. We start with one workflow, make it explicit, and let the map tell us whether software or AI is worth the cost.

Rhythm

Short cycles, real decisions

Weeks-long cycles instead of multi-year programs. Each cycle ends with a concrete result and a decision point where you can stop.

Ownership

The knowledge stays with you

Workflow maps, rules, and structures are deliverables you own — not slides that leave when the consultants do.

Where We Come From

Our roots are in the least glamorous layer of technology: infrastructure. We have spent years building and operating cloud systems, and layered on top of that a long practice in knowledge management and workflow decomposition. That combination — caring for the foundations while mapping how work actually happens — is what lets us turn a factory floor or a back office into an honest, computable picture of itself.

Questions We Often Hear

How is Kyklosify different from a traditional consultancy?

Traditional engagements tend to start with a framework and end with a report. We start with one concrete workflow and end with an explicit map of it — facts, decisions, handovers, breaking points — that your team keeps and uses.

We also stay honest about scale: we are a boutique. We take on work where deep attention to one workflow at a time beats a large team spread thin.

Where does AI fit in your approach?

AI is an executor and a cost center, not a strategy. It can propose, draft, and act — but only inside workflows that have been made explicit, and always with people making the judgment calls.

Because we treat AI as a cost, we will tell you when it is not worth it. That is part of the service.

What does "Make reality computable" mean?

Reality is how your business actually runs today — not the org chart, not the SOP binder, but what people really do. Computable means that reality has been made explicit enough that systems can carry it — an ontology of your business: data, knowledge, rules, and workflows you can see, question, and improve.
